We’re excited to announce the 5th Awaken course will be taking place over the 5 Saturday mornings of November, starting November 2nd.
What is Awaken?
Awaken is a 5 week intensive discipleship training course aimed at helping us grow closer to God, together. From 7am-10am each Saturday morning we will enjoy growing through exercise, prayer, breakfast, bible teaching and testimonies.
This course is for the old, the young, and everyone in between. It is for those who feel distant from God and for those on fire! It’s a chance to be mutually encouraged in our faith journey as we encounter God together through these spiritual disciplines.
At a time where the things of this world are weaponised to distract and destroy true discipleship, ‘Awaken’ is a call to “Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you…” Eph 5:14.
Specific details:
- Saturdays, 7am-10am for 5 weeks, starting Nov 2nd, ending Nov 30th 2024.
- Location: Kings Baptist Grammar, Bollen Road, Mount Barker.
- Cost is $40 per person. For families with more than 4 people, pay for 4 and the rest are free. This covers food and drinks for the 5 weeks.
- If the cost is at all a barrier for you please let me know via the website and we can arrange reduced/no payment. We do not want cost to be a reason not to come.
